The Lazarus Trust has worked in consultation with GP’s and mental health professionals.

We have provided assessment reports to assist in the diagnosis of psychological and mental disorders.

DSM IV is the Diagnostic Statistical Manual (Ed. IV) of the American Psychiatry Institute, which extensively outlines all adult and childhood emotional and psychological disorders. Assessments, in line with DSM IV, seek to give an analysis of the symptoms a person experiences, with guidance of the contributing factors, which enables a diagnosis by a health professional such as a doctor or psychiatrist.

The Lazarus Trust, and our trained therapists, are able to assist in the mental and psychological diagnostic process by meeting with the individual and compiling an assessment, observing the symptoms, in line with the DSM IV.

The Trust  is able to meet with you or those whom you care for, exploring the issues and experiences that effect or have changed your/their lives. We have knowledge and understanding of the symptoms and issues linked to depression, bipolar depression (manic depression), personality disorders and childhood conditions.

The Lazarus Trust has extensive experience writing supportive reports that reflect the individual’s psychological condition. These reports provide an accurate understanding of the person’s social and  mental illness. Applications for social assistance, reasonable adjustments and appeals to appropriate authorities are all part of our extensive opportunities to help our clients.

If you need help understanding you emotional or psychological problems or someone close to you contact us by writing/email or telephone.
